Prize: One private DNA Energy Signature™ Consultation with Alessandra Edwards, valued at AUD $1,200
1. Promoter
The promoter is Alessandra Edwards, ABN 58 606 289 972, Victoria, Australia (“Promoter”).
2. Promotion Period
The promotion opens on 13 August 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 31 August 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. This promotion is open to eligible residents of Australia only.
Employees and contractors directly involved in administering the promotion, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.
4. How to Enter
To enter, an eligible participant must place and pay for a pre-order of The DNA of Performance through Alessandra Edwards’ website during the Promotion Period.
Each eligible order receives one entry into the draw, regardless of the number of copies of the book included in that order.
No separate entry fee is charged. Entry is conditional only on purchasing the book at its ordinary advertised pre-order price.
All eligible pre-orders placed from 13 August 2026, including orders placed before publication of these Terms & Conditions, will automatically be included in the draw.
If an order is cancelled or refunded before the prize draw, the corresponding entry will be ineligible.
5. Prize
There is one prize: a private DNA Energy Signature™ Consultation with Alessandra Edwards, valued at AUD $1,200.
The prize includes:
- completion of Alessandra Edwards’ proprietary two-part online DNA Energy Signature™ assessment;
- individual analysis of the winner’s completed assessment; and
- one private 60-minute online consultation with Alessandra Edwards to explore the winner’s DNA Energy Signature™, including their energy rhythm and quality, response to stress, and priorities for developing a personalised performance strategy.
The DNA Energy Signature™ assessment is questionnaire-based. It does not include DNA collection, genomic testing, genetic testing, genomic wellness testing, pathology or blood testing, biomarker testing, or medical diagnosis.
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. No cost will be charged to the winner to accept the prize.
6. Prize Draw
The winner will be selected at random by electronic draw from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
The draw will take place at 9:00am AEST on 1 September 2026 in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.
Each eligible entry will have a random and equal chance of being selected. The first valid eligible entry selected will be the winner. The winner does not need to be present at the draw.
7. Winner Notification and Publication
The winner will be notified in writing by email, using the email address supplied with their book order, within two business days of the draw.
The winner’s name will be published on Alessandra Edwards’ LinkedIn profile on 1 September 2026 and will remain publicly available there for at least 28 days.
The winner must respond within 14 days of notification to claim the prize.
8. Unclaimed Prize
If the winner cannot be identified or contacted after reasonable efforts, is found to be ineligible, or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, the Promoter may conduct a second random electronic draw from the remaining eligible entries, subject to applicable law.
Any second draw will take place at 9:00am AEST on 16 September 2026 in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. Any replacement winner will be notified in writing by email within two business days and their name will be published on Alessandra Edwards’ LinkedIn profile on 16 September 2026 and remain publicly available there for at least 28 days.
9. Prize Delivery
The Promoter will contact the winner to arrange completion of the online assessment and consultation.
The consultation will be conducted online unless otherwise agreed and must be completed within six months of the winner being notified, unless otherwise agreed by the Promoter.
The prize will be made available to the winner within the time required by applicable law.
10. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with the promotion will be used to administer the promotion, verify eligibility, conduct the draw, contact the winner, publish the winner’s name as described in these Terms & Conditions, and maintain records required by law.
Entry into the promotion does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive the Promoter’s general newsletter or unrelated marketing communications.
Personal information will otherwise be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
11. Records
The Promoter will retain appropriate records of the promotion, including records of eligible entries, the draw, publication of the winner and distribution of the prize, for the period required by applicable law.
12. General
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and the eligibility of entrants.
The promotion will be conducted so that each eligible entry has a random and equal chance of winning.
If the promotion cannot proceed as reasonably anticipated due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may modify, suspend or cancel the promotion only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
A prize may only be substituted where permitted by applicable law. Where required, any substituted prize will be of the same or greater value and subject to any required agreement or approval.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
The Promoter’s decisions regarding administration of the promotion and determination of the winner are final, subject to applicable law.
